How It Works
This site is based on the MediaWiki software package. Registered users can post, edit, and copy our legal forms with the hope that the community will improve and modify our forms when laws change. Visit the sign up page to set up your free account.
During the startup phase only site administrators can modify forms, but all users can make suggestions by clicking on the discussion tab at the top each page. On the discussion page you can add in your desired changes or comment on suggested changes. Administrators will then make the necessary modifications to the form. You can also post any questions or comments you may have on the Discussion page.
If you have enough free time and would like to become a site administrator, email us through our Contact page.
